When dealing with a purchase of a major item, I have never met a better person than James. He genuinely cares about the needs of the customer. He assessed my situation and steered me towards the trailer that would meet my daily requirements without pressuring me to buy something else, eliminating buyers remorse.
James is honest, has integrity and has also fought for this country in the military.
If (and when) I ever have any other needs for a trailer, I will again make the over 200 miles round trip to Regal Trailers and also refer anyone I speak with to this company.
